  • Users represent they are 18+ and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for activities under the account.

  • Products: Oversized tees, hoodies, women’s baby tees, including acid-wash variants with premium design and print quality.
  • Pricing: Inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
  • Availability: Stocks are limited and subject to change. Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation.
  • Accuracy: Endeavours to display accurate colours, descriptions, sizes; minor variations may occur due to display/device differences and finishing tolerances. No misrepresentation or misleading ads allowed per consumer law [1][3][4].
  1. Order process and acceptance
  • Order confirmation: An email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation acknowledges receipt; dispatch/shipping confirmation signifies acceptance.
  • Right to cancel: Teeswalker may cancel orders for suspicion of fraud, stock unavailability, payment issues, address verification failures, or legal compliance concerns; any payment captured will be refunded per Refund Policy [1][2][3][4][11].
  1. Payment terms
  • Online payment: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; Teeswalker does not store full card data [5][6].
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available with an additional Rs. 50 fee per order as a convenience/service charge. COD availability may be restricted by pin code, order value, or courier feasibility.
  • Pricing errors: If a pricing error is discovered post-order, Teeswalker may cancel or request confirmation to proceed at the correct price; refunds will be processed if cancelled.
  1. Shipping, delivery timelines, and risk of loss
  • Shipping partners: Teeswalker uses multiple third-party logistics providers for pan-India deliveries.
  • Timelines: Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout and/or order confirmation; exact delivery dates are not guaranteed due to third‑party logistics variables, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure [1][2][3][4].
  • Tracking: Tracking links will be provided where available.
  • Risk/title: Title passes upon delivery; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the customer’s address as per carrier records.
  1. Return, replacement, and refund policy
  • Return window: 5 days from delivery for return requests. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact. Hygiene-sensitive items (if any) may be excluded.
  • Replacement eligibility:
    • Wrong size ordered by customer: One-time size replacement permitted, subject to stock availability and product condition.
    • Faulty products: Manufacturing defects, misprints, or torn fabric on delivery qualify for replacement or refund after quality check.
  • Refund policy:
    • Online payments: Refunds processed within 10 days of our receiving the returned item and completing a successful quality check, credited to the original payment source or designated bank account of the customer as applicable [11].
    • COD orders: Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account (via NEFT/IMPS) upon verification; customers must provide accurate bank details.
  • Non-eligible returns: Used, washed, damaged by customer, tags removed, or returns raised after the 5-day window. Final sale/clearance items may be non-returnable if disclosed.
  • Return logistics:
    • Reverse pickup: Where serviceable, Teeswalker will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer may be asked to self-ship; reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed against receipt where the return is approved for defect/Teeswalker error.
  • Process steps:
    • Initiate a return/replacement request via orders page, email, or support channel within 5 days.
    • Provide clear photos/videos for defect claims.
    • Pack securely with invoice and tags.
    • On receipt, quality check within a reasonable time; decision communicated by email/SMS.
  • Partial order returns: Allowed for eligible items; refunds calculated proportionately.
  • Compliance: Sellers must accept returns/refunds for defective or misrepresented goods and effect payments as per RBI/consumer law directions. Teeswalker’s policy adheres to Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020 [1][2][3][4][11].
  1. Exchanges vs replacements
  • “Replacement” means the same product in the same design with a different size, or the same SKU if defective. If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered as applicable.
  1. COD policy
  • COD fee: Rs. 50 per order. Non-refundable once the order is shipped. Frequent COD refusals/non-acceptance may lead to COD disablement for that account/address.
  • Verification: Teeswalker may require OTP/phone verification before dispatch for COD orders.
  1. Promotions, coupons, and gift cards
  • Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless specified. If products purchased with promo codes are returned, the refundable amount will exclude the promotional discount; code-specific terms prevail.
  1. User conduct and content
  • Reviews and feedback must be genuine, non-infringing, non-defamatory, and not misleading. No abusive language or IP violations. Teeswalker may moderate or remove content violating these Terms or law, including misleading reviews and dark patterns prohibited by regulations [1][4].
  1. Intellectual property
  • All content and designs, including product graphics, logos, and brand assets, are owned by or licensed to Teeswalker. No reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission. Counterfeiting and unauthorized use are prohibited and may be prosecuted.
  1. Warranty disclaimer
  • Except as expressly stated for replacements/refunds, products are provided “as is” with quality assurance consistent with premium apparel standards. No additional warranties (express or implied) are provided to the extent permitted by law.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeswalker’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from use or purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Teeswalker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including courier delays outside its control.
  1. Indemnity
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teeswalker and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from user breach of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

  • No refusal to accept returns for defective/misrepresented goods; no misleading advertisements or unfair trade practices [1][3][4].
  1. Force majeure
  • Teeswalker is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or disruptions in logistics networks.
  1. Governing law and jurisdiction
  • Governed by the laws of India. Subject to the exclusive/non‑exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at insert city, subject to applicable consumer law allowing local jurisdiction where the consumer resides.
  1. Dispute resolution
  • Good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, parties may consider mediation or online dispute resolution platforms, without limiting consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
